I found my name on the list, but when I clicked on the link, nothing happened – Excel Online did not open. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, did you find a solution?
We advise anyone who is having problems with the Mock Exam to update the operating system and try another browser (e.g. Google Chrome / Firefox). Please let us know if the issue continues.
I am encountering with the same issue. I have my windows up to date and have tried in both google chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, and still it is not possible to access Excel Online via the link.

I wanted to share that I updated my system and tried accessing Excel Online via three different browsers. It only worked for me in Google Chrome, and I was able to open the link by pressing Shift + Enter — perhaps this workaround might help you as well.
That said, I’m still hearing from several classmates that technical issues persist, so it seems this is not fully resolved yet.
The exact same issue happened to me today; my name is on the list but I cannot open the link to the Excel File. I have tried in both Firefox and Google Chrome and even tried the Shift + Enter strategy that was suggested in this forum. But it didn't work for me in none of the browers.
