    In this section, students can find more information regarding Nova SBE IT updates, particularly those concerning their institutional account. Note that all documents and tutorials will be visible by clicking on top of the blue lettering.

    Nova SBE is pleased to provide a lifelong email service to its students and alumni. This account will be used in all institutional communications with professors, student services and prospective employers. Students are solely liable and responsible for the adequate use of the email account for academic and professional ends.

    • Moving from GSuite to Office 365


      • Nova SBE is making some changes to the technology in use, namely moving everyone from GSuite to Office 365. Check the video here.
      • Nova SBE provides Office 365 free of charge. Check the tutorial here. Please note that the laptops need to use Windows 7 or 8 and Office 2010 (minimum). Students using tablets may use Office 365 in the cloud.
      • Students and the entire Nova SBE community must take action to back-up any documents stored in their personal Nova SBE's Google Drive.
      • For further information check the email "[Action Required] We're making the move!" (from June 29th, 2020). In case of doubt, students should contact the IT team (helpdesk@novasbe.pt).


      Moving from Qualtrics to Microsoft Forms

      • Nova SBE is encouraging all Students to use the Microsoft Forms instead of Qualtrics.
      • All questions about its functioning should be sent to the IT team.


    • Access to Eduroam Wi-Fi
