If the Cº just paid dividends, how come is 5/0,1 and not 5(1+g)/0.1? 
Indeed the price is:
\(P = \dfrac{5(1+g)}{0.1}\)
but keep in mind that there is a payout of 100%; hence, \(g=0\)
