Individual Reflection Guidelines: Insights from Your Innovation Project

  1. Methodology Application > In the process of applying the methodology, what aspects were particularly effective, and what challenges emerged? How were these challenges addressed?
  2. Corporate Dynamics and Decision-Making > How did the experience of driving innovation within an established company compare to developing an idea independently, such as in a startup environment? What constraints or advantages did this context present?
  3. Group Dynamics > What was the most significant challenge your team encountered, and how was it resolved? In what ways did the team dynamic evolve throughout the project, and what factors contributed to these changes?
  4. Overall Lessons Learned > If given the opportunity to restart the semester, what approaches or strategies would you change, and why?

Tips for Writing Your Reflection:

  • Be specific – Avoid general statements and provide concrete examples from your project experience.
  • Be concise – Aim for approximately half a page per topic, focusing on key insights rather than lengthy descriptions.
  • Reflect critically – Discuss both successes and challenges, explaining what worked, what didn’t, and why.
  • Connect to course learning – Highlight how your experiences contributed to your understanding of innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving.
