High-performance work teams are essential to how most organizations organize and carry out their work. There is a general perception that teams are the most efficient way to work, but research consistently shows that teams often underperform, despite the extra resources they have. In fact, sometimes having a team can be worse than having no team at all. In this course, we will discuss the key determinants of a high-performing team.
