NOTES :

PDF documents must contain text to be submitted.

To determine if a document contains text, copy and paste it into a plain-text editor such as Microsoft Notepad or Apple TextEdit. If no text is copied over, the selection is not actual text.
When converting a file to a plain text or rich text formats, save it with a name different than the original, to prevent permanent damage to the original file.
