Dear all,
First of all, sorry for only getting back to you with the dates and logistics but the last days have been nothing short than chaotic, ending up with yesterday's unprecedented electricity power outage.
Second, regarding the final pitch date, I'm happy to confirm that I was wrong (confused with BSc) and that it will happen in the 14th May.
Here's the
30-April - Lessons Learned A
07-May - Lessons Learned B + A.M.A. about final pitch and exam
14-May - Final Pitch A & B
As for the final pitch, It's the ultimate challenge of this course and it culminates the end of your workproject. Please find below a reminder with some informations and logistic details about the session that we have in front of us:
1. Format - We will follow the same system of 5m presentations + 5m Q&A, but this time you'll have to pitch and we will have some guests to comment and evaluate your final pitch and workprojects.
2. Jury - We will invite several guest jury members and we predict that 5 to 10 of them will be coming. Will confirm names as we have them.
3. Order of presentations - Order of teams presentations will be randomized.
4. Logistics - Please note that the room for the final pitch is the same and that, as we agreed, it's the responsibility of teams to make sure everything works. So, please test and upload your presentation (don't forget adaptors, etc... ) or use the classroom computer (or any other solution) to avoid delays in the session. Thanks for that as well.
5. Evaluation Criteria - As we discussed, your Pitch will be graded according to the following criteria: i) Business Model (problem/market & solution/model), ii) Validation (Problem Validation & Solution Validation), iii) Pitch Presentation (Structure, PPT & Communication) and iv) Q&A performance
Now it's still time for final validation sprint, since we still have some valuable days left.
After gathering those precious remaining evidences it's time for final touches and preparation.
Also, please don't forget that, more than anything else, this is an opportunity to train pitching skills, to show the hard work you've done during the semester and most of all another great learning experience in our journey.
Thank you very much for all your trust in making this happen.
All the best.
Best of luck.
