Evaluation criteria
Individual Dimensions:
- Team contribution: the student is an integral part of the team.
- Interpersonal behaviour: the student works in a highly productive and constructive manner with team members; is reliable and proactive in their communication
Team Dimensions:
- Preparedness: team is well-prepared. Team is concerned with potential problems/learning opportunities and is proactive to address them
- Learning orientation: Team is coachable, often seeking advice and being discerning about it. Team communicates regularly with mentor and corporate liaison.
- Methodology Application: Successfully applies a well-chosen methodology throughout the project.
