Dear All,
Welcome to 2660 - Applied Sports Projects.
This course was designed for students to conduct projects applying the skills, concepts, and techniques acquired in the MSc taught programme to practice-based scenarios related to sports organisations.
The delivery methods include:- Lecture: typical, whole class session, in which the foundations of the course are presented (week 1)
- Team sessions: students present the progress of their work (deliverables are predetermined in course planning) and receive feedback (weeks 3-5; 7-11).
- Drop-in sessions: course instructor and grader/teaching assistant available for those who need extra support with their projects (weeks 2 and 6; an extra session can be arranged after the last team session)
- Self-oriented work: A list of recommended materials to read and/or tasks are indicated weekly.
