Below instructions on how the joint report should be structured:

  • 1 Page Highlights
  • 1 Page Index
  • Maximum of 30 Pages Text (equity research report)
  • Maximum of 10 Pages of Appendix (this includes 2 Pages with forecasted Financial Statements and any other relevant analysis) 
  • 3 Pages Mandatory Disclaimers

Note: there are no specific format requirements for bibliography. it is also possible to have an extended bibliography in the appendix.

Below instructions on how the individual report should be structured:

  • 2 Pages Nova SBE Mandatory Format (Cover and Abstract)
  • 1 Page with joint report and pair identification
  • 1 Page Individual Index
  • Maximum of 15 Pages Text (sections/chapters of the joint equity research report assigned to the individual report - no new content here)
  • Maximum of 10 Pages of Appendix (this includes 2 Pages with forecasted Financial Statements and any other relevant analysis)
