The course provides students with a rich understanding of the phenomenon of organisational transformation, understood not just as the outcome of a planned decision, but also as a reaction to an unforeseen crisis, and as a continuous process. It is aimed to develop the change/transition leadership skills of students, bringing together technical, political and ethical elements of management. The goal is to prepare students to navigate the complex tensions of change with a mindset of responsible stewardship.
